Docked at the renowned Perry Marina & Hotel, SeaLab provides charter guests access to resort-style features such as pools, restaurants, public restrooms, showers, and the Captain’s Lounge. Guests can relax at the dock or venture offshore with one of several vetted U.S.C.G. licensed captains, all highly experienced in navigating the surrounding waters of Key West and beyond.

SeaLab’s interior is outfitted with a full kitchen including induction cooktops, electric oven, dishwasher, and even a panini maker—perfect for longer stays. Each cabin is equipped with individual air conditioning and a private freshwater shower, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Technical upgrades include electric winches, AIS navigation, Starlink internet access up to 12 nautical miles offshore, and a Rainmaker watermaker that produces 40 gallons per hour.

Whether embarking on a Dry Tortugas sailing adventure, using the vessel for a multi-day family escape, or learning the ropes from a professional sailing instructor, SeaLab is chartered selectively—available for up to 12 guests in a bareboat arrangement approximately 12 weeks per year.
