Fantasy Fest 2025 Royal Candidates Unveiled at Key West Theater
KEY WEST, FL – September 2025 — The excitement of Fantasy Fest 2025 is officially underway as the Florida Keys SPCA announces this year’s Royal Candidates competing for the titles of King and Queen. Four dedicated community leaders are stepping into the spotlight to raise funds and awareness for the animals of Monroe County.
👑 King Candidates: Floyd Jenkins, Joe Wooten
👑 Queen Candidates: Cindy Bensen, Mina Valdez
Each candidate has committed to six weeks of fundraising events, rallies, and island celebrations to benefit the Florida Keys SPCA’s vital programs, from animal adoptions and veterinary care to rescue services and education initiatives.
Kick Off Party at Key West Theater – Friday, September 5
The campaign launches in high-energy style with the Kick Off Party at Key West Theater (512 Eaton Street), taking place on Friday, September 5, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests can look forward to:
