The menu centers on fresh-caught seafood, locally sourced ingredients, and Florida Keys flavors. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, while weekend brunch runs Friday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm with live music from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Lunch and poolside dining are available Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm, followed by daily happy hour from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm and dinner nightly from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
