Location: Our classes are held outdoors on the Lakeside Terrace, weather permitting. In case of rain or extreme temperatures, we meet in the Nature Chapel.

Instructor: Most sessions are led by Monica, an experienced yoga instructor dedicated to providing a rejuvenating and enriching experience.
