Just in time for sunset, The Studios of Key West's Hugh's Rooftop remains open on Tuesday evenings to panoramic vistas and a cash bar. Doors open at 6 and close at 6:30 p.m., or when capacity of 50 guests is reached. The bar is open until 8 p.m., admission is free, and everyone looks great in the golden twilight.
