Sugarloaf Showdown Fishing Tournament

The 10th Annual LKGA Sugarloaf Showdown Fishing Tournament will be held November 16-18, 2023 in support of the Florida Keys Guides Trust Foundation. 

This three-day event is open to all anglers and is a fundraiser for the Guides Trust Foundation, which provides funds to guides recovering from an illness or injury. The tournament kick off on Thursday includes a silent auction and captains' meeting with drinks. Fishing begins on Friday morning and wraps up on Saturday evening with an awards banquet under the stars at Sugarloaf Lodge grassy point!

THURSDAY Nov. 16th - Sugarloaf Marina
REGISTRATION, BAG/RULES PICK-UP, SILENT AUCTION OPENS
4:00pm - 7:00pm - Registration/Check-In/Bag pick-up/Rules Pick-up for all anglers & guides. At least one member from your team must be present.
(Payment of cash or check only. Sorry, no credit cards will be accepted.)
4:00pm - Silent auction opens4:00pm - Papa's Pilar Rum Bar and Keg

FRIDAY Nov. 17th - SUGARLOAF MARINA
FISHING DAY #1
6:30 am - 7:30am - Check in with scorekeeper is mandatory.
7:30am - Lines in.
4:00pm - Lines out.
5:30pm - All boats must be back and checked in with the scorekeeper.

SATURDAY Nov 18th - SUGARLOAF MARINA
FISHING DAY #2
6:30am - 7:30am - Check in with scorekeeper is mandatory.
7:30am - Lines in.
4:00pm - Lines out.
5:30pm - All boats must be back and checked in with the scorekeeper.
6:00pm - Awards dinner and PaPa's Pilar Rum Bar at Sugarloaf Lodge grassy point
7:00pm - Silent auction closes
