The second installment of the Schooner Wharf Bar Wreckers Race Series continues the island’s most storied nautical tradition, blending competitive sailing with Key West’s unmistakable dockside culture.
The required Captain’s Meeting is held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Schooner Wharf Bar. Race procedures, class divisions, and course conditions are reviewed in a relaxed, social atmosphere that emphasizes fun, inclusivity, and maritime history.
The Wreckers Race #2 sets sail on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM, sending participating vessels on the familiar route toward Sand Key Lighthouse. Free public viewing from waterfront locations and Mallory Square makes this a favorite Key West sailing race for both locals and visitors.
