The Key West Track & Field Club is a non-profit organization that raises money for Key West area high school track and field teams and promotes the sport of track and field within the Lower Keys community. The club's major initiatives are fund raising for high school track teams and creating a track and field program for middle school students.
The club's first annual Pole Vault in Paradise event brought together pole vaulters from age 9 to 75 to compete alongside some of the best pole vaulting elites from around the country. The event raised significant funds for the Key West High School Track Team.
Pole vaulting is a great sport for people of all ages and the Key West Track & Field Club is committed to promoting the sport within the community. The club's efforts will help to ensure that high school students have the opportunity to participate in track and field activities and that the sport continues to grow in popularity.
