Old Town Literary Walking Tour

The Old Town Literary Walking Tour in Key West invites visitors to take a 90-minute stroll through downtown and explore the former homes and favorite haunts of famous writers who once lived there, such as Tennessee Williams, Shel Silverstein, Elizabeth Bishop, and Robert Frost, as well as the stories of lesser-known local talent. The tour starts at the Monroe County Public Library on Fleming Street and ends near Greene and Elizabeth Streets. The tour costs $30 per person, with discounted rates available for teachers, librarians, and students with valid ID. Refunds are available for cancellations received up to seven days before the tour date or before 5:00 pm on the day before the tour. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participants, an alternate date or full refund will be offered. The tour leader may cancel tours due to weather or other reasons, with full refunds or credit for a future tour provided in such cases.
