March 11
- 6:00 PM: The tournament kicks off with a Captain’s Meeting at the Papa’s Pilar Hemingway Rum Company in Key West. The evening includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks featuring Papa’s Pilar rum, along with the opening of a silent auction.
March 12 to 14
- Daily Start: Each day begins at 7:00 AM, with boats reporting dockside at Oceans Edge Resort & Marina. Anglers can pick up their boxed lunch before setting off at 8:00 AM for a day of fishing near the north side of Boca Chica Bridge.
- Fishing: The competition sees lines out by 4:30 PM, followed by lite bites and drinks. The scoring closes at 5:30 PM, with all catches needing to be reported to the scorekeeper by this time.
- Awards Banquet: The tournament concludes on March 14 with an awards ceremony at 6:00 PM, followed by an awards banquet, celebrating the achievements of participants. The online silent auction also ends at 7:00 PM, marking the close of the event's festivities.
