• 6 per person daily in Monroe County & Biscayne National Park
• 12 per person daily in the rest of Florida -
Size Limit: Carapace must measure over 3 inches, checked in the water with a measuring device.

Possession Rules:
• On the water: Equal to the daily bag limit
• Off the water: Daily bag limit on July 29, and double the bag limit on July 30 -
Prohibitions:
• No night diving in Monroe County during mini season
• No harvest in protected areas such as Dry Tortugas, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, or Sanctuary “no-take” zones
• No egg-bearing lobsters or separating tails at sea
