The Lighting of The Bight returns to the Key West Historic Seaport on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, launching the island’s holiday season with a dazzling waterfront display. Each year, the Key West Harbor Walk of Lights transforms the Seaport and Bight Marina into a radiant celebration of lights, music, and maritime magic — a must-see for anyone visiting during the holidays.

The official lighting ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, with holiday music starting around 5:00 PM at the main plaza located at Greene and Elizabeth Streets. As the sun sets, the Fishing Buoy Christmas Tree bursts to life in a colorful glow, followed by the lighting of the Lobster Trap Christmas Tree around 7:00 PM at the Margaret Street plaza.

Stretching along three blocks of the Harbor Walk, the event showcases thousands of twinkling lights, nautical-themed decorations, and shimmering reflections across the harbor waters. The lights stay on nightly through December 31, 2025, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for waterfront dining, evening strolls, and festive photos.
