Key West Rum Fest Rum Cake Competition 2026

Key West Rum Fest brings its annual Rum Cake Competition to the Key West Theater on Friday night, pairing one of the festival’s signature competitions with an evening of live music.
Guests attending the competition receive samples from participating rum cake makers and vote to help determine the winner. The competition is part of a larger Friday-night show featuring local artists Cliff Cody and Sharese, with Dawson Wright opening the evening.
Doors open at 7:00 PM, with the evening scheduled to continue until approximately 10:00 PM at the Key West Theater.
