The Key West Art & Craft Festival returns for its 61st year on February 21–22, 2026, transforming The Quay at Truman Waterfront Park into a vibrant open-air showcase of island creativity. Hosted by the Key West Art Center & Gallery, the oldest art gallery in the Florida Keys, this long-running juried event continues a tradition that has defined Key West as an artists’ enclave since the mid-20th century.

Now in its third consecutive year at Truman Waterfront Park, the festival offers a setting that elevates both the art and the experience. Visitors explore professionally curated booths set between tropical landscaping and sweeping harbor views, creating a relaxed environment for discovering fine art and handcrafted works. Late February weather, ample nearby parking, and a walkable waterfront layout make this one of the most accessible and enjoyable cultural weekends on the island.

Founded in 1965 as the Clothesline Art Show near Mallory Square, the festival has grown into the largest outdoor art show in Key West, drawing accomplished artists from across North America. Each exhibitor is carefully selected through a juried process, ensuring high-quality, original works across a wide range of mediums including painting, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry, and traditional Keys-inspired art forms. This commitment to excellence reflects the mission of the Key West Art Center, which has represented local artists since 1960 from its historic Front Street location.
