Key Lime Festival 2024

When: July 3 - July 7, 2024

Where: Key West, FL 33040

The annual Key Lime Festival in Key West, Florida is set to celebrate the world's most famous citrus with a range of events across the island. The festival will take place over five days and includes a range of activities for lime-lovers, including dinners and brunches, a pie-eating contest, a Key-lime pie drop competition, and tastings of lime-inspired cocktails and rum.

Along with a cookbook signing and champagne reception with festival co-founder and "Key West Key Lime Pie Cookbook" author David Sloan, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in some of the tastiest and most delicious key lime-centric dishes around.

One event sure to attract attention is the "gravity-defying" Key lime pie drop competition in which creative minds will attempt to drop a Key Lime Pie from the top of the Key West Lighthouse without damaging it. Those who would rather keep their pies intact may opt for the Key lime pie hop or the Key lime rum tasting.

Other activities include a Key Lime Scavenger Hunt, a 4th of July Firecracker 5K race, and the World Famous Key Lime Pie Eating Championship. Families can enjoy Beach and Key Lime family friendly games in one of the more vibrant parties of the year in the Florida Keys.

Events for every taste. Watch the Key Lime Pie Drop. Participate in the Key Lime Scavenger Hunt or the World Key Lime Pie Eating Championship!
