Sam Tallent Live at Comedy Key West

Comedy Key West welcomes acclaimed stand-up comedian and author Sam Tallent for three consecutive nights of sharp, story-driven comedy in the heart of Old Town. Performances take place Sunday, January 4 through Tuesday, January 6, 2026, with shows beginning at 8:30 PM each night at the intimate venue located at 218 Whitehead Street, Unit 5, Key West.

Sam Tallent is widely respected for his relentless touring schedule and distinctive comedic voice, having performed more than 45 weekends per year worldwide across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Beyond the stage, Tallent is the author of the critically praised novel Running the Light, often cited as the definitive modern book on stand-up comedy and currently in development as a major motion picture. Random House is scheduled to rerelease the novel along with his forthcoming hardcover Petillant Brut in 2025. His Audible Original novella ATTABOY further showcases his storytelling depth beyond live performance.

Comedy fans may also recognize Tallent from his stand-up specials Waiting for Death to Claim Us on Amazon Prime and The Toad’s Morale, available through the Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast YouTube channel. He is also the co-host of the popular Chubby Behemoth Podcast, expanding his reach well beyond the comedy club circuit.

Comedy Key West operates as a small-room venue, making audience engagement and timing important. Seating is first come, first served, and early arrival is recommended for preferred seating. A two-item minimum applies, and shows are restricted to guests 16 years and older due to adult themes and language. Guests purchasing Love Seats should note that one Love Seat equals two tickets, with no refunds for duplicate purchases. During performances, conversations are expected to be kept to a minimum to maintain the quality of the live show experience.
