7 Mile Bridge Run Registration Details & Safety Information

The 44th Annual 7 Mile Bridge Run is scheduled for April 5, 2025. Registration is ONLINE ONLY and opens for all entries on January 28, 2025 at 6:00 AM, limited to 1500 entries. Early registration is available exclusively for Monroe County, FL residents on January 23, 2025 at 6:00 AM. Participants must register with a Monroe County address that matches their license, as a photo ID will be required at bib pickup.

Packet pickup is mandatory and will occur on April 4, 2025 until 8:00 PM; participants must collect their own packet. Registration will be managed via Runsignup.com, and a pre-registered account is recommended to expedite the process. The registration fee is $100.00.

Safety is paramount during the event. Runners must remain alert for emergency vehicles, with the eastbound lane of the 7 Mile Bridge reserved for emergency use. Participants are advised to stay to the right of the center line on U.S. 1. Aid stations offering water and wet sponges will be available along the course, and emergency assistance will be provided by race officials or ham radio operators. Additionally, all participants should be aware of potential heat-related risks including heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and muscle cramps.
