The Shanty Hounds are Dani Hoy and Key West Chris Rehm. Professional performing musicians
and songwriters separately, the two are a blast as a duo. Highly entertaining, they perform a wide
variety of songs to please any crowd. Dani Hoy’s voice often attracts passerby from the street
while Chris Rehm’s guitar skills keep them riveted. What you’ll hear is a variety of unique cover
songs and originals played expertly and entertainingly.
Key West Chris Rehm has been published in Nashville for 21 years, fronted his own blues band in
Miami, FL, and has played in the Key West Songwriter’s Festival for several years. Dani Hoy has
three original recordings and serious vocal chops having come from a musical background in
her home town of Baltimore, MD. Together they’ve been playing as a duo since 2013 and have
developed a worldwide following.
