The kitchen presents an elegant progression of French-inspired tapas, including escargots simmered in garlic-parsley butter, roasted bone marrow with crisp garlic toasts, and French deviled eggs accented by hearty toppings. Signature plates include slow-braised boeuf bourguignon, filet mignon served alongside ratatouille and herbed potatoes, and a celebrated duck salad layered with confit leg, rillettes, and duck breast.
