Southernmost Point Guest House and Garden Bar is a historic Key West bed and breakfast located at 1327 Duval Street, on the quiet southern end of Duval Street just steps from the Southernmost Point Buoy. Built in 1885 by cigar magnate Eduardo H. Gato, this Queen Anne-style Victorian home is one of Key West’s most recognizable historic guest houses. In 1894, the house was moved across the street on logs pulled by mules and rotated to improve the sun exposure on its porches, leaving the property with its unusual odd-numbered address on the even side of Duval Street.

The Santiago family purchased the home in 1987 and converted it into the 13-room bed and breakfast that operates today. The property has been carefully restored and is surrounded by tropical foliage, mature palms, garden seating, porches, and relaxed outdoor areas that create a peaceful Old Town retreat close to beaches, landmarks, dining, nightlife, and Key West attractions.

Each guest room has its own tropical character and private entrance, along with a private bathroom, coffee station, mini refrigerator, microwave, adjustable air conditioning, cable TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
