L’Habitation Guesthouse is a historic adult-exclusive Key West guesthouse located at 408 Eaton Street in the heart of Old Town, less than a block from Duval Street. Set inside a charming Conch-style property built circa 1874, this small eleven-room guesthouse offers a peaceful, walkable retreat close to Key West dining, nightlife, shopping, historic sites, Mallory Square, and the island’s waterfront attractions.

Guest rooms are individually furnished and include private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, and refrigerators. The property’s tropical terrace gives guests a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, fresh fruit, locally baked pastries, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juice, and tea before heading out to explore Key West.
