The bar is located poolside and is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Saturday and from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm on Sunday. Pirate’s Cove: This new dining experience at the Galleon Resort, located on the Marina side, allows guests to enjoy meals while watching the activities in the Key West Harbor. Open every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Pirate’s Cove serves breakfast until 11:00 am, with options like Breakfast Burritos, Corned Beef Hash, or Breakfast Sandwiches. From 11:00 am, they offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, and burritos, featuring house-smoked pork and brisket. The Cove also boasts a famous sushi bar and homemade gelato for dessert. Additionally, they have a newly remodeled patio bar with a range of exotic drinks, including frozen drinks and infused gelato cocktails. Room service is available, and they offer a banquet menu for special occasions.
